The most difficult thing

The most difficult thing about figuring out how to make Internet tools available to nonprofits is balancing on the razor's edge of explaining in plain English what tools can do to help a nonprofit realize its mission, while keeping expectations manageable about what tools can feasibly and sustainably be adopted by organizations with scarce resources.
