The most difficult thing
The most difficult thing about figuring out how to make Internet tools available to nonprofits is balancing on the razor's edge of explaining in plain English what tools can do to help a nonprofit realize its mission, while keeping expectations manageable about what tools can feasibly and sustainably be adopted by organizations with scarce resources. What do you think?

I agree. I also think that promoting the use of web-based tools to the nonprofit community is doubly hard. Most nonprofits are stretched thin on resources -- time, staff, money -- and have a hard time learning about, much less implementing tools ... ironically, tools that would save them time and make their jobs easier. So, even though many times, these tools, appropriately used, would vastly increase their effectiveness, they are as a practical matter often out of their reach. This is frustrating... no, no.. this is the CHALLENGE! All of our ultimate goals are to help nonprofits change the world, or improve lives, or whatever good they do. The nonprofit sector is a critical one that deserves the best that technology can offer.
